Ballet Recital

Hannah recently participated in a ballet performance. Her song was "The Fourth of July," and it was very patriotic. We are incredibly proud of her as she is growing up to be a very graceful young woman. It is amazing to think how far she has come since she first started dance. It doesn't seem like it was very long ago when Hannah was Elliott's age, but when we see her dance so gracefully, the truth of the matter sinks in.

Recessive Gene

Ok. The kids did not eat a bad batch of bananas or anything. We spent a glorious day at the Arboretum with some good friends. There is a woman there who does face painting and man she is incredible. Hannah is a dog, Calla is a horse and Elliott is...you guessed it...Spiderman. My mom gave us a membership there and I have to say...it has been money well spent. There is plenty of room for the kiddos to run free, it has a beautiful view of the lake and the flowers really are incredible. If you're ever in town...we'd love to take you!
